Reflection: If you are good and help others once in a while its really good because it will make you feel better and you will be more happy at yourself. you wont be feeling sad because you are helping others and your good karma will come one day eventually. an example would be like if you see someone that needs help carrying there groceries you can help them and take it to there car for them. a bad example would be if you rob a store and you get caught you will spend years in prison and you'll regret it.
